    Unhappy I miss LeMond bikes!

Here at the Samurai Fitness center, they only have Schwinn and Reebok bikes... they are very much ok, but I miss the Pilots on the Revmaster! I used to have those at Travis... they were so useful, being able to give out a target RPM to the students so that I wasn't just saying "ride fast... now ride faster!!!"

LeMond riders, you might not know what you have until it's gone!

Just my 2 yen...which is about the same value as two cents.

Most of the time our Pilots batteries are on the fritz--so I end up taking a 10 second count for their cadence check. Once they get used to how it should feel and watch the pace of your legs--you should be able to keep them in check!
10 second count: they count one leg as it goes towards the floor.
    10-12 count = 60-70 RPM
    13-15 count = 75-85 RPM
    16-17 count = 95-105RPM
    (Approximate)

I know this is a REALLY old post, but I miss them too! Especially the Pilots. They were awesome.
