    Mine lately has been banana and Peanut butter with vanilla muscle milk!

    That sounds good, meg.

    Mine has been vanilla soy milk, triple berry mix (frozen) and banana (only a little bit)

    This may sound a little gross, but it's my favorite post ride drink:
    Put all this in the blender:
    1 glass unsweetened soy milk
    1 banana
    1 kiwi
    2 scoops lemon lime Endurox
    2 scoops chocolate whey protein
    lot of ice

    lip smackin good!!

    3/4 skim milk
    1 frozen banana
    1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
    1 teaspoon peanut butter

    That peanut butter stays with you I feel like I can do a ride and wait a little while before I need a another amount of cals

    I've just started doing smoothies on daily. Here are two of mine:

    Post workout:

    1 c. OJ
    1 c. water
    1 c. crushed ice
    1 1/2c. frozen mango/peach blend (get big bag at Costco, VG!)
    1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

    2nd one, usually before my workout:

    1 cup vanilla soy milk
    1/2 banana
    1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
    crushed ice

    I've always done the "berry" smoothies, but I'm LOVING the peach/mango ones.

    Love to hear more ideas, especially what people use pre/post workout.

    Here are a couple of mine:

    Vanilla soy milk
    pineapple
    orange juice
    lots of ice


    Chocolate soy milk
    1/2 banana
    lots of ice


    I like to keep my smoothies as simple as possible.

    Today at work (yes I do) we are having a smoothie day and we all chipped in and bought a lot of the items that yo have mentioned here I'll let you know how we do
