wondering about your thought about warm up- we know that it takes longer to warm up as we get older= maybe go from a 5 min warm up to 10 ish
but what about 15 sec on 15 sec off for 6 mins - kinda opens the blood vessels faster 0 I have a rider who is a cardiologist who finds this very beneficial to getting the body going faster- love to see any articles etc on topic thanks
