Hey everyone, I started doing indoor cycling as a way to get my knee back in shape after a pretty horrific injury. I love indoor cycling now as is a great way for me to stay in shape, and if I do it at home I can use cycling as a way to get myself up and off my feet while still playing video games or watching TV (I have one of my older consoles hooked up to the TV in my workout room so if I want to use it then I have to cycle.)
