Thread: Schwinn Bikes

    Default Schwinn Bikes

I was taught on a schwinn bike that a higher MPH and longer distance is determined by a higher gear and faster RPM. During my cert it seemed to be true. The harder you ride and the more resistance got me to .05 before someone else who was at a lower gear. I even re-verified this with my trainer. Does anyone know how different it is on a keiser?

Work and train smart, not hard. But be smart enough to know that sometimes it does take hard work to accomplish your goals.

Thank you. Saw it. Obviously schwinn bikes are calibrated a little different.
