    Default Lemond grease & oil

Does anyone own a Lemond in their home? I was wondering where do you buy the grease to put on the threads and oil to put on the brake pad?

I would go to the Lemond website. I wasn't aware that you oil the resistance pad?

  3. Default 3 in one oil

....is the only thing that is supposed to be used. Get that pad soaked with oil and the resistance curve becomes smooth and gradual. I have seen WD 40, blueish/green grease and a host of other junk used on the pads at my gyms Lemond bikes and they all have to be replaced now.

Here is the maintenance schedule link from the revmaster website http://www.lemondfitness.com/product..._schedule.html

This also states WD 40 should only be used on the flywheel for cleaning and NO SILICONE BASD PRODUCTS ANYWHERE.
