I guess the article is okay, but it kind of lumps all indoor cycling programs together, in terms of wacko stunts and idiot instructors. It also gives the impression that indoor cycling programs have only recently discovered heart rate training.

Good read, interesting history. How many times have we heard that no resistance sprinting scenario? You'd think by now people would get it. Thanks for the link. Sieve
