Hello all...

I have been teaching spinning so much - personal training, etc. I have not dedicated much time to my own personal work out. Thus, I decided to do so. I am doing a 10 mile run this Sunday, May 2, 2004.

Well, the problem: I took a step class this past Sunday (I had not taken a step class in over a year - but I love it love it love it!)... Anyway, I ran in the class about 10 minutes late... started the class & finished (stupid on my part - no warm up at all :mad: )....

Anyway, my calves have been tight since Sunday. I did stretch after class. What can I do to subside the soreness before my run on Sunday. I took Advil last night - I'm still a little sore.. have been doing small stretches throughout the day as well. Help! :eek:

I'd try a good ol' massage! One product I highly recommend is "The Stick". Roll this anywhere you need it - GREAT on the calves! A quote from thier web site:
