Looking for a great Spin class with a one of you, great Spin instructors,to send one of my Spinning students to. He will be in Sterling, VA for a long weekend starting tomorrow, 1/29. Sorry I missed this!
I know the Gold's in Chantilly,VA has classes. I am not sure about the Gold's in Sterling itself. The have had classes in the past but I moved over the Blue Ridge mountains about 7 years ago and am no longer sure.

Hopefully your friend did not become bored watching the snow fall on Saturday!
