I'm new to teaching indoor cycling, (just got certified in the last 6 months) so I'm thrilled to find this site.

I know I can learn a lot from y'all!!

I'm from Huntsville, Alabama, but now live in Nashville, Tennessee, and have been teaching group fitness for 5 years. I started out with yoga, then added step, kickbox, cardio-funk, pre-natal yoga, pilates, and finally indoor cycling.

I loved fitness as a hobby and part-time job when I lived in Alabama, and moved into fitness full-time last year when my husband and I moved to Nashville.
