Headed to Manchester, CT

Does anyone teach out in CT. I am head this coming wednesday out that way for a family reunion and would love to catch a spinning class. Since I am sure my husband will have a weekend of golf with his family, it will be easy for me to squeeze in ME time! Let me know who is where and teaches when!

Hey DG,

I'm in CT (about 20 minutes from Manchester), but I don't know who teaches in that area. I can probably set you up with a class in the Hartford area. We tend to have fewer classes this time of year, since it's hard to get people indoors when it's nice out.

I will be in Manchester Thursday evening the 20th and then Friday thru Sunday I will actually be in Moodus, CT.. I am sure you have more of an idea of where that is then I do! We are staying at the Sunrise Resort.. Let me know if there is anything that way, if not no big deal I can always get a run in sometime... Where do you teach at?? I would love to take one of your classes!!
