Hi,

My name is Michael and I've been spinning for years. I've only been teaching for about 2 years and love it. I teach 4 classes a week currently on top of my full time job as a project manager. I'm looking forward to attending WSSC this year in Miami - it will be my fist time.

Hi Michael,

Welcome to the board. I hope you have a blast at WSSC. Some of the folks on here are multi-year veterans and can give you good advice. The best (via Cheeze) is not to ride yourself to death. Believe me, by day three you can be pretty cooked (and unable to absorb much info) if you ride your brains out on days 1 and 2.
