I get the idea, and I'm ok with it; but I think this section should be called sixty plus. I have 57 year-old guys stomping me into dust on a regular basis. Forty isn't old.

Bahahahaha! I'm 58, and just did two classes in a row (a one-hour weight training, then an advanced kickboxing class) that none of the college kids could finish. "My" gym is affiliated with and located on a college campus, so there are lots of young people in these classes. They blew up and I kept going...and going...and going. I'm knackered now, but I'm one tough old bird, so 60+ works for me!

Teach 3 spin and 3 Pump classes per week.
Normally leave most of my clients in pool of sweat and can lift more in pump than all other guys- think triathlon background def helps
50 is the new 30

I'm 50 this year and the idea is that we need a fence to keep the young punks out...;)
