Looking for classes in Lake Como Italy and Dublin Ireland

The Italians are gaga about Spinning. You are bound to find a good place. I have a ton of Italians instructors as "friends" on Facebook (I don't know them all, but they're also gaga about FB and "befriend" every one of their friends' friends, and send more FB group invitations than anyone else I know)! I'll ask them for referrals for good places to Spin. What town(s) will you be in around Lake Como?

There's no official Spinning facility in or around Como but that's not to say that there aren't some great instructors teaching in local gyms.

Put a message out on the various Facebook groups or get in touch with Antonio Cassini - a very knowledgeable friend, always willing to help.
