7 years ago, I got an "itch" and converted what had been a passion (indoor cycling), into a business adventure.....launching a dedicated indoor cycling studio. I had taken spin classes for years and had come to one conclusion: these workouts, when done right, could be absolutely spectacular experiences. I also saw that when done poorly (which was way too often) they could be horrendous.
